Walker Crips launches first Wales office

Walker Crips is opening a branch in Swansea, which will mark its first phyical presence in Wales.
The company has hired hired ex-BlackRock duo Andrew Morgan and Gary Waite to lead the office.
Former Wealth Manager cover star Mark Rushton (pictured), chief investment officer at Walker Crips, said: ' We have opened a new office in Swansea as we see this as a great opportunity for Walker Crips to offer investment management capabilities to a wider audience and forms part of our targeted regional expansion.
'Andrew Morgan and Gary Waite bring a wealth of industry experience having both worked for BlackRock in the past. The official launch will take place in the New Year.'
Morgan was previously a divisonal director at Brewin Dolphin’s Swansea office before it closed following the merger of its functions with Brewin's Cardiff office and he had a prior stint at BlackRock.
