‘We have to make sure we are visible and accountable. A lot of our clients were taken aback by the sharpness of the falls we have seen, as were we, but we have not actually had that many difficult conversations,’ he says.
‘If you explain what has happened and what you are going to do it is far better than pushing a relationship person in front of them, who will try and interpret it.’
