Liz Adnitt has been appointed by Nordea Investment Funds as its head of UK discretionary sales, with the Scandinavian group confirming that expanding in Britain was ‘a major goal’.
Adnitt (pictured) was previously senior investment sales manager at Legal & General, and earlier in her career had spells at SVM Asset Management and Jupiter Asset Management.
Peter Horrell takes over as chief of Barclays' wealth arm
Peter Horrell has been appointed chief executive of Barclays’ wealth & investment management (W&IM) business.
Horrell was named interim CEO of the business in April when he was given the task of exploring ways to work more closely with the group's corporate and retail banking arms to power alternative sources of future growth.
