  • Objective:

  • Management Contract & Fees:

    The base fee payable under the agreement are as follows: Less than GBP 300m: 0.75%, subject to a minimum fee of GBP 2.25m Between GBP 300m and GBP 500m: 0.65%; Between GBP 500m and GBP 750m: 0.50% Between GBP 700m and GBP 1bn: 0.40%; In excess of GBP 1bn: 0.33%. The investment adviser fee will also only be charged on healthcare property rather than total gross assets (less cash) as at present. Property management fees payable under the agreement will be amended, as follows: First GBP 25m: 3%; Above GBP 25m: 1.5%. A performance fee of 15% of the total shareholder return in excess of 10% p.a. compounded hurdle rate and subject to a high watermark. The agreement is terminable on12 months' notice. The Administrator shall receive an annual fixed fee GBP 58,000.
