  • Management Contract & Fees:

    The investment Manager is entitled to a fee payable monthly in arrears of 1.25% of the Company's net asset value p.a. The Manager is also entitled to an annual performance fee equal to 20% of the increase in the Company's net asset value on the last trading day of each calendar year, above an annual hurdle growth of 8% and subject to a high water mark. The agreement is for an initial period of 5 years and thereafter will be terminable on 12 months' notice. The administrator is entitled to receive from the Company an annual fee of GBP 55,000 p.a. payable monthly in arrears.
