    BMF provides investment advisory and administration services to the Company, the fees for which are 0.55% p.a. of the market capitalisation of the Company. In addition, BMF is entitled to an agency fee of 2% of the purchase price of any property acquired by the Company, where no other agency fee is payable. Where a third party agency fee is less than 2% of the purchase price, BMF is entitled to an agency fee of 50% of the difference between 2% of the purchase price and the third party agency fee.
